Makane Farmers Connect our members are actively involved in crop production, livestock farming, and agro-processing, and we continuously seek opportunities to learn from global best practices and showcase our agricultural potential. While farmers remain the backbone of national food security and industrial raw materials, many continue to operate under poor conditions with limited access to finance, markets, technology, and social security. Makane Farmers Connect was founded to change this narrative by placing farmers at the center of sustainable national development. We prioritize farmer dignity through pension schemes, welfare support, and improved conditions of service, ensuring farmers are protected during and after their productive years.

We bring together crop farmers, fish farmers, livestock keepers, agribusiness actors, input dealers, processors, financiers, and commodity traders into a coordinated national network. Through strategic partnerships with government agencies and like-minded organizations, we support farmers with certified inputs, modern farming tools, skills training, funding opportunities, and structured access to reliable local and international markets. Our approach ensures that farmers produce in line with market demand, reduce losses, and earn fair and predictable income.
